Ambrie

The sweetest senior session. Ambrie was the graduating senior and her sisters both came along to help :) We started at a nature like location and ended with a city location— Saint Anthony Main in Minneapolis. Getting both looks is always super fun to do with seniors! But, totally up to their own desires and tastes. Ambrie rocked both.

After this session, I got asked to get dinner with the three of them, and it was just the sweetest thing. We ate at Aster Cafe in Minneapolis and got a nice table outside with lots of cold water to drink ;) I love being able to connect with my clients, so this was an absolute blast!

Ambrie is kind, fun and simply adorable. She is going do amazing this year! Congratulations, Ambrie!

Maggie & Tyler

Another sweet Minnesota couple on their way to becoming completely official in all the ways…. marriage :)

We had their engagement session at Millennium Gardens in Plymouth, Minnesota. They completely got the outfits spot on, because (tip) whites/creams/blacks/neutrals are the best. Me and my editing style are both biased.

More importantly than their outfits, we laughed and had a ton of fun. My favorite thing is when couples open up and feel like they’re on a fun date with each other. If you can be comfortable and get in your ‘play’ mode with your person, the photos will absolutely reflect the amazing time you’re having. I try to encourage this by giving fun prompts to my couples and bringing a positive/open mindset to the table!

Anyhow… now we get to look forward to their amazing wedding day hosted at the Hewing Hotel in Minneapolis, MN. AHHH. I’m so excited.

Bartolucci - Family Photoshoot

This family photography session was one of the most fun and spontaneous sessions I’ve done. While in Florida for my dad’s 50th birthday, I met this amazing family at the community pool. My family and I are chatty… especially on vacation  So we struck up a conversation with them (their kids were literally the cutest things with such personality) and by the end of it, decided that I would be their family photographer for the day

Later that night, we did tons of beautiful ocean family photos, and their kids cooperated… mostly (normal);) and when they didn’t, I was able to capture adorable photos of them doing their own thing! That’s the biggest tip for family photographers who are taking photos of the kids—let them wander sometimes and play with one another-- knowing you will get what you need!

Needless to say, I delivered their family photography session gallery I think the next day because I was so excited. They were happy clients, and happy clients = happy photographer  I am a Minnesota based family photographer, but I LOVE to travel. If you have come across my page, know that I am SO willing to travel to surrounding states for your family session for a fixed rate! Please contact me for my Family Photography price guide for all the details! 
